Yeast

I demonstrated the ability of my bioinformatic frameworks in the collective analysis of 40 heterogeneous budding yeast datasets, which led to the discovery of a novel module of genes that are consistently anti-correlated with growth and ribosome biogenesis [1].

I also revealed hypotheses regarding the role the yeast CMR1 gene in DNA metabolism via co-expression analysis [2].
